The West Virginia Association of Sanitarians is looking for potential members, like you, who are actively engaged in some field of environmental health, as well as persons in fields closely related to environmental health and having a common bond with Sanitarians.

To become a member of the West Virginia Association of Sanitarians, download (doc, pdf) located below, print and submit the application below, along with the $15.00 annual membership dues. 

Current members' dues are $15.00 on or before April 1st of each year. It increase to $20.00 after that date. Life members' are exempt from these fees (members listed below).
